I requested to reset my WorldShare password and see "password change unavailable" when I click the link in the email.
Symptom
- When you click the link to reset your password, you see a message that reads "Password change unavailable: your recovery key is invalid. Re-submit password recovery request"

Resolution
This typically indicates that you have requested to reset your password more than once, and the email is associated with one of your earlier attempts. Initiating more than one password reset request will result in only the latest request being valid, and cause the previous requests to become invalid.
Please note that password reset requests also expire 24 hours after being sent.
