I am using Connexion browser and cannot lock a WorldCat record to edit for RDA.

When non-Latin data is present in a bibliographic record, it can only be edited in the Connexion client interface. As the non-Latin data cannot be displayed in the browser interface, it is blocked from being edited within that interface.
