Why is my library not receiving any lending requests?

  • The library is not receiving any lending requests.

You may need to update or change settings in the OCLC Policies Directory:

  1. Navigate to the OCLC Policies Directory by logging into WorldShare ILL and clicking OCLC Policies Directory. 
  2. Check that you are currently an OCLC Supplier. This is also in the OCLC Policies Directory located under Profile > Summary > OCLC Supplier.
  3. Check the Schedule tab in OCLC Policies Directory for your library and make sure that you are not currently listed as closed and not supplying. 
  4. Check the Policies tab in OCLC Policies Directory and make sure your deflections are set up correctly.  You can learn more about deflections in the documentation.
