Why are all my requests going to the New for Review queue when I have ARM set up?

Symptom

• We are using the WorldShare Interlibrary Loan OpenURL workform
• We also use the automated request manager to route requests

Resolution

When integrated for use with Automated Request Manager (ARM), the WorldShare Interlibrary Loan patron workform requires a  patron status.  Check to see that you have that set in the  form.

1.  Go to the Service Configuration > WorldShare ILL > Request Forms > WorldShare ILL Request Form,
2. Add the Status field, fill in the options, and make it Required

Adding this Status field will cause all borrowing requests for items you do not own to go to your two Automated Request Manager forms.
