Why am I not seeing any holdings displayed on the Holdings screen?

Symptom 
  • Discover items has retrieved one or more titles. 
  • The number of holdings for each title is shown under All holdings.
  • Selecting  All Holdings for a title which has holdings, results in 'No results' message.
Answer
  • This problem can occur when the main address for your OCLC symbol has not been configured in the WorldCat Registry. To update this, log into OCLC Service Configuration and navigate to WorldCat Registry > Profile Summary. To add or amend an address, click on  Main Address and then update the details on the Name and Location page.
  • You may need to clear the cache and cookies of your browser after making this change for it to take effect. If you are still seeing this issue after doing so, please contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol and your Registry ID.
