Why am I getting a "Request Status contains invalid data for the request" error in WorldShare ILL?

This can happen if the request has already been closed by double-clicking too quickly or someone else accessing the same request at that time. 

  1. Back out of the request and close all request tabs. 
  2. Re-open the request and check the status.

If the request is not already closed, please contact OCLC Support for additional troubleshooting.
