This setting is adjusted in the OCLC Service Configuration. The URL can be changed by going to OCLC Service Configuration > WorldCat Registry > Name and Location. When you scroll down inside the Name and Location menu, you will see a text box available for Home Page. Enter the URL that you desire into the text box and click Save Changes.
