Article Exchange Error: "Failed to load PDF document"

Login to the Policy Directory and look under the requesting library symbol to see if they have Article Exchange.

  1. Login to the OCLC Policy Directory.
  2. Search by OCLC symbol.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Scroll to the Details Section.
  5. Look at the section labeled Article Exchange, note if it states Not Defined.  This means this library does not have article exchange.

If the library does not have Article Exchange, they cannot receive articles through Article Exchange and this error message is displayed.
