I want to change usernames on a WorldShare account, but the username field is grayed out.

Symptom

• My username is numbers, and I want it to be letters instead.  When I go into my account in WorldShare to make the change, I see the username field, but I am not able to edit that field.  How do I change my username?

Resolution

It is likely that the username on your account is managed by the barcode field.  Make your username edits to the barcode field then click Save.
