I accidentally told a library I would lend an item but I am not able to, what should I do?

Symptom

You mistakenly marked Yes to supply a lending request

Answer

There is not a way to undo this.  You will need to contact the library directly and let them know you are unable to supply the item.  You should wait to close the request until after you contact the library.
