I accidentally clicked "received" on an Article Exchange request before I retrieved the URL and password. How can I find the request again?

Symptom

• I accidentally clicked "received" on an AE Alert request before I retrieved the URL and password.

Resolution

The request has moved to your Closed requests. Here is how to retrieve it:

1. Go to your WorldShare Interlibrary Loan or Tipasa home tab > Search for requests
2. Select Borrower Symbol from the dropdown menu
3. Enter your library symbol as the search term
4. Select the radio button for Closed Requests
5. Click Go
6. The request should appear in the results shown. Click into the request to see the Article Exchange URL and password.
