Answer

If you wish to pay for an ILL request using IFLA vouchers, you can let the lending library know by:

• making sure the IFM box is not checked
• adding a message in the Billing Notes stating you want to use IFLA vouchers

If you often use IFLA vouchers for ILL requests, you can create a special Borrower Constant Data Template where the above information is already configured. This will save you time when creating the request.
