How do I prevent a request from being sent to additional lenders in lender string after one lender accepts?

Symptom

• I sent an ILL request to multiple lenders. One lender shipped the item. How do I cancel the request to prevent other lenders from sending the item?

Resolution

Once an item is shipped, the request will not be sent to the additional lenders in your lender string. Therefore, no further action is needed.
