Does a library have to be a supplier in order to process a request to them in WorldShare?

Symptom

• There is an item you want to borrow from a library that is not an OCLC Supplier and you don't know how to enter a request for the item.

Applies to

• WorldShare ILL

Resolution

A library must be a Supplier in order for WorldShare ILL to process a request for a title to them. If they are not, but you've gotten permission to borrow from them, you'll need to process that request separately.
