Do any OCLC reports include IFM refund transactions?

Answer

• Yes, IFM refunds are listed in the OCLC Usage Statistics reports. A refund will appear on the IFM report the same month a fee was charged.
• IFM Refunds must be issued within 180 system days of the original transaction. 
• It takes a month from when the IFM refund was issued until it shows up in both the Usage Statistics portal and in the Invoice from OCLC.

For WorldShare ILL and Tipasa libraries, the IFM Charge and Refund is also listed in the Request History section of the request.
