Can't see sign out or edit buttons in the Policies Directory

Symptom

• You aren't able to log out of the Policies Directory or make edits to your settings because the buttons don't appear.

Resolution

If you are running a password management system as an app in your browser, turn it off.  Delete the worldcat.org and illpolicies.oclc.org cookies, clear the cache , then restart the browser.  If the issue hasn't gone away, contact OCLC Support. 

Additional information

You won't see edit buttons when looking at the policies of other libraries.
