It is not possible to send the Article Exchange notification (or AE-alert) directly to the email address that is filled out in the patron information. The notification is meant for the library staff to check WorldShare ILL and review the article before sending the document manually to the patron, and it therefore contains information about the WorldShare ILL instance that is irrelevant for the patron.
