Why do the Patron Request forms not automatically update with the patron's information?

Resolution
When the Patron Request forms for ILL aren't automatically filled with the patron's information, this can be caused by an incorrect configuration of the resource sharing button. To fix this:
- Go to the Service Configuration and navigate to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local, and then to Place Hold/Request Buttons
- Open the options under the Resource Sharing (Any Level) tab
- Behind Type of button configuration:, change WCRS/WS ILL to OpenURL 1.0
- For Choose an OpenURL Resolver from the OpenURL Resolvers you have already registered with OCLC:, select the correct OpenURL resolver
- Click Save
