Why can I not get a due date to appear when I fill Lending requests for a Copy?
Symptom
- The due date does not autofill even though it is configured in the Configure Lender Constant Data

Resolution
Copy requests do not have a due date. This is because the due date acts as a reminder to the borrower to return an item. This is unnecessary for a copy request since it gets filled through a file transfer system rather than getting physically shipped and going through the mailing and handling process.
