Why can't I create a new title in Tipasa for copyright matching?
Symptom
- There is no "Create/Search copyright title" button in the Copyright Clearance section on the request.
- The Copyright Clearance section just says, "This request has no ISSN or OCLC # for copyright matching.

Resolution
There isn't an ISSN or OCLC number on the request. Without a valid ISSN or OCLC number, you won't be able to add a new title to your copyright table.
If you added a valid ISSN/OCN to this request, you would see the "Create/Search copyright title" option in the Copyright Clearance section.
