Symptom
- A user can't access the Tipasa user portal request form. The error message reads: Request form not enabled. Contact library.

Resolution
Check to see if the user's WorldShare/Tipasa account has the WorldShare ILL Partner role assigned. This role is not to be used by any actual staff account. It's intended to be used for accounts that represent an institution that you are using off-system requests with, so someone not in the OCLC ILL network. It's not meant to be on a staff or patron account.
Remove the WorldShare ILL Partner role from the user's account and have the user try to access the form again. If they continue to have problems, have them clear their cache and cookies.
