On our "Loan available for pickup" notification, the pick up location is not filling in.

Navigate to the request that the notification was sent from and check the patron information section of the request. If there is no pickup location specified in the request, the pickup location will not be populated in the email notification.
To ensure that this field is always populated within requests, add pickup location as a required field in your Patron Request Workform.
