I am getting an error occurred message when trying to fulfill a request after buying the content through GetItNow

  • The user gets the error "An error occurred processing the request could not perform addBatch..." error when trying to save a request after buying GetItNow content and setting it up for delivery through Article Exchange.

Use the Change Fulfillment type drop-down to set the request to either Document Delivery or ILL Request then try to save again. 

If the error continues, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol and the ILL request number.
