I’m trying to purchase this article through Get it Now, but I received an error message "An error occurred processing the request"

Resolution

  1. Use the Change Fulfillment Type drop-down to set the request to either Document Delivery or ILL Request then click the Save button. 

  2. Resend the request.

If the error continues, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol and a full page screenshot of the error message.
