Tipasa Non-WMS Circulation Integration
Use this screen to set up Tipasa integration with Alma, Millennium, or Sierra.
Tipasa integration with your circulation system
Use this setting to activate integration with your Alma, Millennium, or Sierra system and Tipasa.
If you are a WMS library, please see Tipasa WMS Integration.
Activate integration
Before turning on the integration, contact your provider or make adjustments to your library system or Tipasa configurations.
- Select the On check box below Enable Circulation integration to activate the integration.
- Select your ILS from the drop-down list.
- Enter your NCIP Server Address.
- If using Alma:
- Enter your Alma Institution Code.
- If using Millennium or Sierra:
- Optional. Enable additional borrowing configurations.
- Optional. Enable additional lending configurations.
- Click Save.

Configure additional options as the borrowing institution by selecting the On check box. Options include:

Check out item on shipped | When Tipasa staff replies Yes to a request, the item is moved to the ILL temporary location in your library system as configured when setting up the integration. |
Check in item on check in | When the item is Checked in/Complete in Tipasa, it is restored to its permanent location and appears available in your library system Circulation environment. |
