Does Relais support HTML formatting for outgoing emails?

  • Emails originating from Relais contain no formatting

Resolution

Emails sent from Relais can include HTML formatting if desired. Updates to outgoing emails can be made in the Relais Client:

  1. Sign in to the Relais Client, selecting Library Registration
  2. Search for the Library Symbol
  3. Click on Message Format for the desired email
  4. Click on Set System Default
  5. Update the Body with the desired HTML formatting and click Ok

Contact OCLC Support with details about the desired changes if you have no access to the Relais Client.
