Reset staff portal password

Find out how to change user password for Staff portal.

Staff can update their password within the staff portal page under My Profile. The password strength default is set to 'strong'. Relais recommends that you keep the default as such. If a different password strength is desired, please submit a support ticket to request the change. 

By default, the 'Guidelines for entering passwords' text is hidden. If you desire to expose this information to your staff then please submit a support ticket to request that change.

To reset your staff password:

  1. Click on Change Password under My Profile.
  2. Enter the current password.
  3. Enter the new password.
  4. Re-enter the new password.
  5. Click Enter to save the new password. As you type the new password, you will be notified on-screen if the password is weak, medium, or strong.
