Learn how to log in to the Relais D2D web portal.

Staff members login to the Relais D2D web portal to query and process requests using the Staff Login page.  

  1. Click on the link to the Staff Login page provided by your local system administrator.
  2. Enter the User Login (case sensitive).
  3. Enter the Password (case sensitive).
  4. Click Login to login into the web portal.


 Caution:  A staff login to the web portal is set by default to expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. This value is configurable. To have this value changed for your consortia, please contact your local Relais D2D Administrator.
