Why does the ILLiad workform show +30 in the Need Before field?

When processing requests, the Need Before field will look like +30. Once the form is submitted, the date will show up in the database in the correct date format.
Additional Information
If the Need Before field has +30 and a date, check the WorkFormMapping table in the Customization Manager. There could be a needsbeforedate listed that can be removed.
