When I send out the ILLiad Borrowing Password Reset email, the link is not showing up

Symptom

• Your patron sees the email and sees in the message, "Click the link below to change your password to a new value," but no link shows up

Applies to

• ILLiad

Resolution

There is a new Special link you need to set up for the password reset.  You need to update the Borrowing Password Reset Email Notification.

Instead of having the link where it shows <#Action="10" form="85"...etc.>, you use the following:

<#Special.PasswordResetLink>

Save your change, and it will immediately be used by emails.
