When I deliver items through the ILLiad Electronic Delivery Utility, how do I fix it so I stop seeing a duplicate charge

ATLAS knows of this issue and they are working on a way to fix it.  In the meantime, they have come up with a workaround:

  1. Open the ILLiad Customization Manager and go the Billing Service Levels.
  2. Add an entry where the ProcessType is "Lending," ServiceLevel is "Z Test," and Amount is "0.00."
Additional information

The reason we put the Z in the service level is that it appears when the service level isn't found, ILLiad defaults to the last charge in that Billing Service Levels table.  This error is happening at random.
