When I create a new User within the ILLiad, what notification preferences are automatically selected?

• You want to know when you are creating a new user in ILLiad, what notification preferences are automatically selected

Resolution

When you are creating a new user in ILLiad, the notification preferences that are selected are the following:

1. Under Email Notifications, you will see Account Cleared, Password Reset, and Other.
2. Under SMS Notifications, you will not see any boxes selected.

If you want to add other notifications, you will need to select the boxes you want to add for Email Notifications.  If you want to also have SMS notifications or Text Notifications, you need to follow the Text Notifications documentation.
