Here are the different steps you need to follow to make sure your ILLiad Services start properly:

1. All the ILLiad services should be using Automatic (Delayed Start).
2. Whichever server your SQL Server is on, the Microsoft SQL Agent should be set for the Startup Type of Automatic.
