When I am printing ILLiad Lending requests, I am getting previous requests I printed

Symptom

• You are printing requests by adding them to a print queue, and when you are printing you do not only see your current requests but previous requests

• ILLiad

Resolution

Before printing new requests, you need to Clear the Print queue.  Information on Batch Printing can be found in the Batch Printing documentation.
