What to do if you are seeing 401 Unauthorized error in the ILLiad Client?

This problem is caused by the OCLC ILL Authorization used in the Customization Manager. Contact {{support}} for a valid ILL Authorization number and update the OCLCILLAuthorization key in the Customization Manager. Then, restart ILLiad Services. For OCLC-hosted ILLiad web servers, this will be done by support.
