What is the difference in ILLiad between Request Finished and Delivered to Web and are they both considered filled?

  • You want to know what the difference between the Transaction Statuses of Request Finished and Delivered to Web and if they are considered filled.

Here are the differences between Request Finished and Delivered to Web::

  1. Request Finished is completed and no more action needs to be taken by staff or patron.
  2. Delivered to Web means a document is ready to be viewed by the patron.  For the Patron to view the PDF file, the transaction status must be at Delivered to Web.

Both "Request Finished" and "Delivered to Web" are considered filled by the WebReports you run for statistics.
