We are unable to access the QueryAdditions.xml file on a shared drive for ILLiad

Symptom
  • When we looked at the logs, it said it was looking for Z:\Print\ (or whichever mapped drive) and in particular a QueryAdditions.xml file.  It said it couldn’t find it, though the other machines can, and we are able to access that file from their machine.  Is there step we are missing that is causing this?

Resolution

You need to make sure that the Z:\Print\ (or the shared drive) is mapped on the computer that is having the issue.
