Unable to send articles through the Bookeye Scanner

Symptom
  • You are seeing an error message saying that is it unable to find Article retrieval information.

Resolution

If the file is more than 120 MB, then it is too large to upload.

To test if your credentials are working and that the file will upload, you should do the following:

1.  Go to the Article Exchange upload site
2.  Log on with your Authorization and password you have set up in your Bookeye scanner settings.
3.  Upload the file you are trying to send.

If the file uploads, then you need to check with Bookeye why you are having the issue.

 You should also check the Article Exchange technical requirements on any other restrictions.
