Unable to Open a PDF in the ILLiad Client

Symptom

• Cannot Open a PDF

Applies to

• When processing Electronic Delivery in Borrowing or Lending in ILLiad

Resolution

1. Save the file causing the trouble as a Word Document.
2. Open the Word document and then save it as PDF file.

Additional information

This process will recreate the PDF file and remove any corruption.
