- The constant data in our workforms is not adding an email address, how can I fix this?
This is a known bug. The current workaround is:
- Open the Customization Manager
- Either go to System>OCLC>WorkformMapping or type 'workformmap' into the search bar.
- Select New Record
- Workformtype = Article
- OCLCFieldName = Email
- ILLiadFields = Your Email Address
- ConstantDataAction = Overwrite
- Select Save.
- You will then need to create another record for Loan changing the Workformtype = Loan.
- If you have a Fax number, you need to create two more records. One will be for Artice, and the other for a Loan.
