The constant data in our workform is not adding an email address, how can I fix this?

  • The constant data in our workforms is not adding an email address, how can I fix this?

Resolution

This is a known bug. The current workaround is:

  1. Open the Customization Manager
  2. Either go to System>OCLC>WorkformMapping or type 'workformmap' into the search bar.
  3. Select New Record
  4. Workformtype = Article
  5. OCLCFieldName = Email
  6. ILLiadFields = Your Email Address
  7. ConstantDataAction = Overwrite
  8. Select Save.
  9. You will then need to create another record for Loan changing the Workformtype = Loan.
  10. If you have a Fax number, you need to create two more records.  One will be for Artice, and the other for a Loan.
