The ILLiad Client spends a long time loading after login.
Symptom
- After logging in, the ILLiad Client takes a while to load.

Resolution
If the loading screen or splash screen stays longer than you expect, look at what it says it's loading.
For instance, if the Client has spent a while "Loading Layouts..." and most of the other screens go away quickly, then the layouts are the source of the slowness. To resolve layout delay issues, open the Staff Manager, click on the user, and select Delete Layout and Grid Settings. Deleting a user's custom layouts will allow the Client to load more quickly.
Note where the loading screen hangs, and if you're unable to resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support.
