My lending requests are not importing into ILLiad

Symptom

• Lending requests are still showing in Pending.

Applies to

• ILLiad 

Resolution

1. Restart the Connection Manager service
2. Check to see if the Awaiting Lending Request Processing queue is updating
3. If not updating, check the Connection Manager log for any errors
4. If there are errors, contact OCLC Support
