My ILLiad Lending request stayed in the "Conditional Request" queue even after I filled the request

Symptom

• You received a response from the Borrowing Library and the condition you set in Lending is accepted.  You processed the request, but it the Transaction Status is still at "Awaiting Conditional Request Processing."

Resolution

Process the request as if it came in originally and follow the documentation for Lending Stacks Searching.
