In the ILLiad Lending Transaction Queues, what is "Web Request Created?"

Symptom

• You are finding Web Request Created is showing up and there is no information in the Transaction

• ILLiad

Resolution

You can route the request to "Request Finished" because you cannot do anything with the request.

Additional information

These are records that are in a Transitory Status.  They never completely were submitted into ILLiad.
