I do not see any EFTSs to generate a file in the Billing Manager

Symptom

• When you are in the ILLiad Billing Manager, you do not see EFTSs

Resolution

If you do not see EFTSs or any files to generate, do the following:

1. In the Customization Manager, set the EFTSActive key to Yes.
2. Select the Docline EFTS checkbox in the Lender Address Record.
