How can I see requests in the Transaction Queues?

Symptom

• You want to see the requests in a Transaction Queue, but when you click on the queue, you are unable to see the requests

Applies to

• ILLiad 

Resolution

If clicking on a queue does not open the request list, you can view the requests by right-clicking on the queue and selecting View Requests.
