If I am getting Microsoft.net framework error messages in ILLiad with Windows 10, how do I fix this?

Symptom

• You are trying to open the ILLiad Client and it is not opening.  When you go to the Event Viewer, it shows Microsoft.net framework errors.

Resolution

You should work with your I.T. to fix the issue.  Possible resolutions might be:

1. Repair Microsoft.net Framework and restart the computer.
2. You might put Windows back to a previous state that it successfully started.
