I would like to request that an IP range be opened up for ILLiad client access at one of our new sites?
Symptom
- The site asks about adding an IP address range to their site
Resolution
Please email Support or call us at 800-848-5800. We will look at the Firewall and request the IP address to be added to the ILLiad Hosted Firewall for you.
