I see a request where the Send Via Odyssey button is grayed out, why is that?

This is due to the borrowing library not populating their Odyssey information. 

1. Search the request, then double-click it to get into the request view. 

2. Under OCLC information, click the three ellipses next to the number to the right of the borrowing symbol.

3. If there isn't any information in the Odyssey field, this item cannot be sent via Odyssey. OCLC recommends using Article Exchange in this event.

4. In Customization Manager, set the ArticleExchangeLendingEmailSystemID to the correct ID and the SendArtcileExchangeOnOdysseyFailure to Yes and save the changes.
